Claims process - Veteran horse insurance

We hope you never have to make a claim but if you do need to we will try to deal with your claim as efficiently as possible.

You should report the claim to us as soon as possible.

• During office hours (9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays) please call our dedicated team on 0844 892 1358
• Outside of these hours call the emergency helpline of the Agrical Loss Adjusters on 0844 770 4205
• Alternatively, email us at equine-claims@towergate.co.uk if you have any queries

At the scene of an incident involving any third party:

• Take the names and addresses of other parties involved together with witnesses
• Take photographs if you can
• Make no admissions of liability

If an injury occurs to your horse you should:

• Obtain a veterinary certificate

We will send you the necessary claim form to complete and require that you provide veterinary certificates where applicable. For full terms and conditions please refer to your policy wording.
